A Sunday Smile

Thanks to those who commented on my drawing and everything, it's such an affirming thing so thanks so much! Anyway, just wanted to show you a couple of photos of two items I bought in America, at the outlets in Chicago. I bought a beautiful Ralph Lauren cable knit jumper for 60 USD and then I snapped up an amazing bargain on some beige trousers for 15 USD!

Right now, school and homework is taking up my time, as is reading, watching Gossip Girl, Ugly Betty and The Apprentice and sleeping... So glad to be getting into blogging again, it's so good to have another outlet to just vent or comment on things and to just talk. It feels good. I can't believe I've had this blog for only just over a year, feels like a lifetime!

Happy blogging!

P.S. It's not Sunday, but the title of this post is 'A Sunday Smile', a brilliant song by Beirut. Go check it out! :-)

  1. I have a lot of those knit tops and they are amazing!:D I love the color you got!:D

  2. love the cable sweater and pants!

  3. i really like your jumper :)
lol i remember seeing the ads for the apprentice last year and thinking it would probs be boring- but then i came across it while switching between channels and it had me hooked!

  4. My sister has that cable knit jumper in navy and I adore it. I tried one of myself and it didn't suit me :( So sad.

It's funny that you suggested green and purple for my wedding colours, because we're actually using purple as a complimentary colour. My future last name will be Lavender, so I wanted to use lavender in our wedding as well as green (because it's my favourite colour).

  5. Loooove the jumper. Looks perfectly cosy for the incoming winter!
And, I love that you're referencing Beirut. I've not heard a song of theirs I don't like yet.

  6. The Ralph Lauren jumper is so so lovely! The colour is perfect.

I read and appreciate every single comment, so thank you in advance for visiting my blog! :-)
