Hi all! It's my 16th birthday today! I feel like I've reached an importany milestone of sorts! I had a really lovely day with friends at school and I'm going to be celebrating with friends and family at a meal on Saturday which I'm really looking forward to! Just wanted to post a picture of me to document my turning 16!
Also, I wanted to show you my newest and probably most beloved possession. A Nikon p500 bridge camera! I saved up for most of this from tutoring some kids and then my mum helped pay for the rest as a birthday present. I love it so much and have been taking so many photos with it :-) I've got a few other presents that I'll be sure to take some pictures of and post soon!

P.S. Say NO to SOPA and PIPA. After the blackout yesterday, I realised just how reliant I am on Wikipedia and the Internet in general. SOPA and PIPA pose threats to our freedom of speech and expression by censoring the Internet. With SOPA and PIPA enforced, I dread to think what would happen to the blogging world. Show your objections to SOPA and PIPA - stand up for your right to express what you want!

My best friend and I met through a fan site dedicated to a band that brought us together! So funny to think about. Then we met up when I was over there in 2009 and we talk every day!
